Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any advert or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying buyer. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.
Refund and returns policy:
In order to sell your items on Flogshop sellers and buyers agree to our standard returns and refund policy:

All goods supplied by sellers using Flogshop.com remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full. Flogshop.com is a venue for sellers and a wholly owned subsidiary of Lucid Entertainment Ltd.
All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The venue Flogshop.com cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use
This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:
All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from a seller please contact the seller or Flogshop.com (the venue) with details. By using Flogshop.com our sellers have agreed to our refund and returns policys of returning the item to the seller within 14 days of receiving your order and the item will be exchanged it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P not included)
Returns conditions:
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at the sellers premises within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If our sellers suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met our sellers reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Notice is given that any free offers and P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
All Packages returned to our sellers unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to the seller within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty unless stated otherwise, (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).
Flogshop.com and ‘the seller’ cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have requested.
In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretence.
This Web-site shall not be responsible for any items sold, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. This web-site shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.
This web-site assumes no liability for the content of the listings.
However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can. By registering with Flogshop.com buyers and sellers agree to abide by the general refund and returns policy.
Laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
